Shipping Information
Shipping Information
We offer two delivery options within the UK, both shipped via Royal Mail. These options provide full tracking information online, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress:
- Tracked 48® – Free standard delivery within 2-4 working days with full online tracking.
- Tracked 24® – Faster delivery within 1-2 working days with full online tracking. An additional £2.00 fee applies for this service.
Orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched on the next working day. If you place an order after 15:00 on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday. However, if Monday is a bank holiday, dispatch will take place on Tuesday instead.
Weekend orders (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday. If Monday falls on a bank holiday, dispatch will take place on Tuesday instead.
Please note that during Christmas holidays or bank holidays that do not fall on a Monday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
